South Mechanic Street will remain closed until 6PM Wednesday

South Mechanic Street will remain closed until 6pm on Wednesday, 5/31/2023, to allow the contractor to complete the water main work in the intersection at Baltimore Street. The detour will remain in place through the evening and traffic barrels/cones will be staged to allow vehicles to flow between Baltimore Street and North Mechanic Street. Water service is expected to be restored by noon Wednesday, 5/31/2023.
