Although there was no public meeting, Cumberland’s Mayor and City Council held a work session on Tuesday to hear updates on projects being headed up by the Cumberland Economic Development Corporation.  Matt Miller, Executive Director, provided information on the project to install surveillance cameras throughout the downtown.  Up to 60 cameras will be located on businesses and residences in the area.  Miller said the project should be done by year’s end…
