With the heavy influence of social media, the use of Fentanyl is becoming more prevalent in use by teens across the country, often laced in with other drugs. Fentanyl is 50 times more potent than heroin and 100 times more potent than morphine. Virginia First Lady Suzanne Youngkin says to prevent such exposure parents and other mentors should focus on being present with teenagers and having frank conversations…

   

“These conversations can be had in a lot of different ways among a lot of caring adults. The key is just to make sure that we are not shying away from these conversations because we know they save lives.”
