The City of Cumberland Engineering Department would like to notify the public of a temporary water outage on Thursday, October 5th. Customers that will be affected include those fed from Baltimore Street between Park Street and Waverly Terrace, as well as customers fed from Waverly Terrace and Ridgeway Terrace. The outage will occur between 7AM and 10PM.
