The legal battle over Maryland's Congressional maps continue. A judge on Friday deferred her decision about the state's newly redrawn Congressional map. Noteing that a hearing on her ruling striking down the previous map which was determined unconstitutional has been appealed by the attorney general's office at the state's highest court. The judge also pointed out that the new map which the General Assembly approved Wednesday is not yet been endorsed.The newly drawn political boundaries for these states 8 US House seats has not been signed by the Republican Governor, Larry Hogan.
