Today, Wednesday, a school threat investigation was conducted by the administration at Washington Middle School and the School Resource Officer. As a result of interviews and the subsequent investigation, the threat was determined to be non-credible, and there is no danger to students or staff. Additionally, today, Wednesday, September 21, 2022, at Braddock Middle School, administrators received information that a student was in possession of a handgun. The student was located, and the weapon in question was found to be an air-soft toy gun. An investigation is ongoing at this time.
