Trespassing Complaint Leads to Arrest of Cumberland Woman

On January 4th, 2021 officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to a Mechanic Street address for a reported trespassing complaint. Upon arrival officers spoke with the homeowner who advised that Cathy Elizabeth Nixon would not leave. Officers attempted numerous times to have Nixon leave the apartment, but she refused. Nixon was placed under arrest for trespassing and was later released on a Criminal Citation awaiting her trial at District Court.

 

Arrest: Cathy Elizabeth Nixon, age 47, Cumberland Maryland.

Charge: Trespassing.
