Congressman David Trone is co-authoring legislation designed to take on the growing plastic pollution crisis. Trone says the Break Free from Plastic Pollution Act takes significant action by holding the plastics industry accountable and reducing the amount of wasteful plastic produced, including reducing and banning certain single-use plastic products that cannot be recycled.
