Cumberland Fire responded to East Offutt Street in South Cumberland around 11:30am Wednesday for reports of lines down. Fire command confirmed that live power lines were down along with two telephone poles from a trailer truck driving through the area. The driver of the truck was still inside. The driver exited the truck once the power lines were off the truck and was checked by EMS on the scene. Some areas of South Cumberland were without power.
