Two Arrested for CDS Charges

On August 31st, 2021 officers of the Cumberland Police Department conducted a drug investigation that resulted in a Search and Seizure Warrant being issued for a residence on Frederick Street. As a result of the investigation, quantities of controlled dangerous substances and controlled paraphernalia were seized. Zakkery Sabastian Grady and David Joseph Snyder were placed under arrest and taken before a District Court Commissioner for their initial appearance. At the conclusion of their initial appearance, Snyder was held on a $2,500 bond, and Grady was released on his own recognizance.

Arrest: David Joseph Snyder, age 31, Cumberland Maryland

Charges: Two Counts of Possession Not Marijuana, and Possession of Controlled Paraphernalia.
 

Arrest: Zakkery Sabastian Grady, age 28, Cumberland Maryland.

Charges: Three Counts of Possession Not Marijuana, and Possession of Controlled Paraphernalia.
