Pennsylvania State Police report that a 16 year old driver and a 21 year old passenger from Hagerstown were killed while driving a Jeep across farm fields in Franklin County, PA. The 16 year old driver has not been identified. The passenger was 21 year old Robert Norwood. Police were pursuing the vehicle when the Jeep went over an embankment into a water filled ravine.
