Allegany County Emergency Services reported a tractor trailer rollover on Interstate 68 East at the 70 mile marker just after midnight. The scene has now been cleared. A second tractor trailer rollover reported on Route 50 near Rutty Road between the Millstone Store and Oldtown. Route 51 is closed while units work to clear the scene.
