Allegany County Emergency Services responded to a vehicle accident early this morning around 5:00AM on Interstate 68 east bound at exit 40 in LaVale. Two vehicle rollover with entrapment. Emergency services were on scene for approximately an hour and a half before reopening the eastbound lanes of i-68.
