On June 30th, 2023 officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 400 block of Grand Avenue for a reported violation of protective a order. Upon officer’s arrival they spoke with persons at the residence who advised that Jason Winfield was inside the residence in violation of a protective order. Officers were able to locate Winfield and he was subsequently placed under arrest. Winfield was taken before a District Court Commissioner where he was released on his own recognizance.

Arrest: Jason Lynn Winfield, age 41, Cumberland Maryland.
Charge: Violation of Court Order
