On Thursday, March 14th, 2024, officers with the Cumberland City Police were on patrol in the area of Virginia Ave when they observed three subjects acting suspiciously. Upon further observation, they observed the subjects to be openly displaying CDS paraphernalia. Contact was then made with the subjects and they were found to be in possession on CDS paraphernalia and an amount of suspected fentanyl, as well as prescription medication. As a result, Steven Michael Rosier, 25, Brandi Dawn Netzer, 29, and Dustin Michael Edwards, 33, were each issued criminal citations and released, pending trial in District Court.
