On Thursday, July 24, 2025, Officers of the Cumberland Police Department served two bench warrants on Daniel Sweitzer for failing to comply with the terms of his probation.  Sweitzer was located and placed under arrest. A search of his person yielded a controlled dangerous substance and accompanying paraphernalia. Additional on-view charges were completed for Sweitzer.  He was then transported to the Allegany County Detention Center, where he was held without bond pending his initial appearance at the District Court.

ARRESTED:  Daniel Gregory Sweitzer    AGE: 43        Cumberland, Maryland
CHARGES: Failure to Comply (x2), CDS Possession Not Marijuana, CDS Possession Place of Confinement, CDS Paraphernalia Possession.

Warrant Arrest
On Thursday, July 24, 2025, Officers of the Cumberland Police Department served two bench warrants on Robert Harris for failing to comply with the terms of his probation.  Harris was located and placed under arrest.  He was then transported to the Allegany County Detention Center, where he awaits his initial appearance before a District Court Commissioner.
