Donte Ammon Vanpelt, 28 of Rawlings, was arrested on a District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply. His original charges include: Firearm Possession-Crime Violence with a Felony Conviction, Regulated Firearm: Illegal Possession, and two counts of Illegal Possession of Ammunition. He was previously released on a $5,000 Unsecured Personal Bond (UPB) and is currently being held without bond pending a bail review in District Court.
Mark Paul Jackson, 39 of Cumberland, was served a Circuit Court Warrant for Violation of Pre-Trial Release for Drug Court. His original charge includes: Motor Vehicle Unlawful Taking. He is being held at the Allegany County Detention Center pending a bail review in Circuit Court.
Shyanna Blair Wigfield, 23 of Cumberland, was served two (2) warrants. One Circuit Court Body-Attachment for Failing to Appear for a Child Support Hearing. She has a $100 bail amount set in that case. The other was a District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for the original charge of Theft: Less than $100. She is released on her own personal recognizance in the second matter. She is being held at the Allegany County Detention Center, and eligible for release after posting bond.
