Rachael Nicole Dolly, 35 of Cumberland, was served two (2) Warrants. A Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Pre-Trial Release on the original charges consisting of 9 counts of Burglary-4th Degree; and a District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply in a case involving a conviction for Malicious Destruction of Property/Value<$1,000 where she was given a 60-day suspended sentence and 12-months Unsupervised Probation. She is currently being held without bond in both matters pending bail reviews in both District and Circuit Court.
Christopher Peter Butler, 34 of Cumberland, was arrested on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation. He was originally convicted of Assault-2nd Degree where he received a 1-year suspended sentence with 2-years Supervised Probation. He is being held without bond pending a bail review in Circuit Court.
