Warrant Arrests – April 3

Daniel Cardenas II, 27 of Cumberland, was arrested on a District Court Bench Warrant out of Frederick County for Failure to Appear for a Violation of Probation Hearing. His original conviction was for: Assault-Second Degree where he was sentenced to 10-years incarceration with all but 66-days suspended, and 3-years Supervised Probation along with restitution. His additional 22 charges were placed on the STET docket. Cardenas is also wanted on a Frederick County Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation. He is currently being held on Detainer at the Allegany County Detention Center and has a bail review pending in District Court.

William Jacob Mongold Jr, 26 of Cumberland, was served on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for VOP. His original conviction was for Handgun in Vehicle and he was sentenced to 3-years incarceration with all but 18-months suspended along with 3-years supervised probation, He is currently being held without bond pending a bail review in Circuit Court.

Justin Edward Shriver, 39 of Lonaconing, was arrested on three (3) bench warrants. One Circuit Court warrant was for charges including: Burglary-First Degree, Burglary-Third Degree, Burglary-4th Degree Theft, Theft Less than $100 and Malicious Destruction of Property/Value >$1,000. Another Circuit Court warrant was for Failure to Appear for charges including: CDS: Possess-Not Marijuana and Theft Less than $100. A District Court warrant was also for Failure to Appear with the original charges of Theft Less than $100. Shriver is currently being held without bond in both Circuit Court matters and has a $500 bond in the District Court case. He has pending bail reviews scheduled in both District and Circuit Court.
