Brandon Lee Spiker, 39 of Frostburg, was served a District Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Court Order. Spiker’s original charges include: Indecent Exposure and Disturb The Peace/Disorderly. He is being held without bond pending a bail review in District Court.

Michelle Beth Kline, 48 of Cumberland, was served a Grand Jury Indictment for CDS: Possession with Intent to Distribute: Narcotics, CDS Distribution-Narcotics, and CDS: Possession-Not Cannabis. Kline is being held at the Allegany County Detention Center pending a Bail Review in Circuit Court.

James Dylan Miller, 22 of Cumberland, was served a Maryland State Police District Court Arrest Warrant
Charge: Violation of Protective Order. He was released on a $500 Unsecured Personal Bond.
Rachel Lynn McKenzie, 41 of Cumberland, was arrested on a Frederick County District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for the original charge of Driving Motor Vehicle Without License or Authorization. She was released pending her next court appearance.
