The Allegany County Sheriff’s Office and Maryland State Police – Barrack C have combined resources to target open and active warrants.
As a result, the following individuals have been apprehended.

Daniel Erwin Smith II, 33 of Cumberland was arrested on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Pre-Trial Release. His original charges include: CDS: Possession With Intent to Distribute: Narcotics, CDS Possession – Large Amount, and CDS: Possession – Not Cannabis. He is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.

Omar Mohammad Abraham, 40 of Baltimore, was arrested and charged as a Fugitive from Justice. He was wanted out of Falls Church, VA for 2 counts of Credit Card Larceny, Take/Obtain Number and Credit Card Fraud: Use Card, Value + $500. He is currently held at the Allegany County Detention Center pending extradition to Virginia.
Geordy Dwayne White, 31 of Cumberland, was arrested on two District Court Bench Warrants for Failure to Appear. The original charges is Do Not Possess Valid Rabies Certificate. He was released from custody after posting an unsecured personal bond for $1,000.
Elaina Dawn Harper, 27 of Cumberland, was arrested on two District Court Bench Warrants for Failure to Appear. Her original charges include: Trespass: Private Property, 3 counts of CDS: Possess-Not Cannabis, False Statement to Police Officer, Fraud-Personal Identification to Avoid Prosecution, Obstruction and Hindering. She was released from custody after posting a $5,000 unsecured personal bond in the CDS case and $1,000 unsecured personal bond in the trespass case.
