Elizabeth Mae Price, 40 of Cumberland, was served a Frederick County Bench Warrant for her fourth Failure to Appear for a Violation of Probation hearing. The original conviction was for CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana where she received a 1-year suspended sentenced and 18-months Supervised Probation. Price was held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center until being released to the custody of the Frederick County.
Tyler Matthew Westfall, 28 of Springfield, WV, was arrested on a District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply with Violation of Pretrial Release. Original charges include: Burglary-4th Degree-Dwelling, CDS: Possession Paraphernalia, and Trespass: Private Property. Westfall is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
Jodi Nichole Talbott, 40 of Keyser, WV, was served two (2) separate Warrants. The first was a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on the original conviction of: CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana where a Plea was entered for a 48-day jail term. The second was a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation. Talbott was extradited from Martinsburg, WV and released on a $15,000 unsecured personal bond and given credit for time served.

Timothy Scott Benson, 39 of Cumberland, was arrested on two (2) warrants. The first is a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation for the original conviction: 2 counts of Conspiracy-CDS Distribution: Narcotics where a 7-year and 6-months suspended sentence with 3-years Supervised Probation was imposed. The second was a District Court Arrest Warrant for False imprisonment, Sex Offense-4th Degree, Assault-2nd Degree, and Theft: $100 to under $1,500. Benson is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center pending a bail review in District Court.
Tyler Matthew Westfall, 28 of Cumberland, was served a District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply on the original charges consisting of: Burglary-4th Degree-Dwelling and CDS: Possession Paraphernalia. Westfall is being held without bond pending a bail review in District Court.
Nathanial Andrew Morgan, 25 of Lavale, was arrested on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation Pre-Trial Supervision in Drug Court. Original charges in this case include: CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana, CDS: Possession with Intent to Distribute, and CDS: Distribute – Other. Morgan is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center pending a bail review.
