Early Sunday morning Cumberland city police responded to a Greene Street business for a domestic assault complaint. Officers were advised the assault had occurred in the 800 block of Sperry Terrace. Arrested at the scene was Nicky Linn, age 47, of Cumberland. He was charged with two counts of second degree assault and held on $12,500 bail.
