West Virginia’s COVID-19 daily alert map on Thursday continued to trend toward the green and yellow designations, which are the two lowest rankings when it comes to rate of spread of the virus. There are now 22 green counties and 12 yellow counties in the Mountain State.

According to the Department of Health and Human Services, vaccinations are nearing 150,000 among those who have been fully vaccinated.
