A cost decrease is coming for worker compensation premiums in West Virginia, Governor Jim Justice made the announcement that the state’s rating and statistical agent filed a compensation loss decrease of 9.1%.  The premium reduction will result in a projected $15 million dollars in savings to West Virginia employers.
