West Virginia Residents Sentenced For Drug Trafficking

Two West Virginia residents will be spending time behind bars for drug trafficing. Kimberly Smith of Falling Waters and Charles Cobak of Ridgeley were sentenced to 10 and 15 years respectively in federal prison for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine, fentanyl, and cocaine. Cobak’s conviction came after the US Postal Inspection Service found a suspicious package meant for Cobak that contained 2.3 pounds of methamphetamine.
