The Western Maryland Jaycees Lights on the Lake Fundraiser Event Returns to Illuminate the Holidays Rocky Gap State Park: Flintstone, Maryland – The Western Maryland Jaycees are thrilled to announce the highly-anticipated return of the Lights on the Lake fundraiser event, set to light up the holiday season with a spectacular display of festive lights and community spirit. The event will take place on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays throughout December: 1st – 24th, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, at Rocky Gap State Park. This is the third year that the Western Maryland Jaycees have partnered with Rocky Gap State Park to hold this event.
Lights on the Lake has become a cherished tradition in the Western Maryland and the surrounding community, offering families and friends a magical and heartwarming experience. This year, the event promises to be even more enchanting, with an expanded array of dazzling lights and an array of community offerings that will create cherished memories for visitors of all ages.
Lights on the Lake Chair, Billie Jean Clark, shared her enthusiasm for the event, stating, "We're very excited to host this fundraiser again this year. Not only are we continuing to grow the number of lights and community offerings, but we're donating a portion of the money raised back to support scholarships at Allegany College of Maryland and Frostburg State University."
