On Tuesday troopers from the McHenry Barrack responded to a residence in Westernport, MD in an attempt to serve several outstanding arrests warrants on Justin Allen Donnelly. At the residence Troopers located Donnelly, at which time he was taken into custody on the outstanding warrants. Upon searching Donnelly Troopers discovered that Donnelly was in possession of controlled dangerous substances, that included heroin and fentanyl. Donnelly was subsequently charged with possession of heroin, possession of fentanyl and possession of CDS paraphernalia.
Donnelly was subsequently transported to the Allegany County Detention Center to await a bond hearing.
