A developing business in downtown Cumberland is getting some needed financial help.  The Wills Hotel, a 20-room boutique hotel slated to locate in the former Manhattan building at the corner of Liberty and Baltimore Streets will receive $350,000 from various entities to help with funding needed to renovate the building.
