* WHEN…Until 3 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The heaviest snow is expected this evening when when snowfall rates of 1-2 inches per hour are possible. Visibility will be reduced to near or less than one-quarter mile during the heaviest snow.
