Potomac Edison has 235 outages in Garrett County as of 10:50 PM. 185 are in the Oakland area. Restoration time is estimated by 2 AM.
Snow Emergency Plan was initiated by Maryland State Police for Garrett County at 9:30 PM. NWS Pittsburgh has the county under a Winter Weather Advisory until 6 AM.
