On New Years Eve, Cumberland Police served an arrest warrant on Candace Larae Mallow, age 41. of the city.
The warrant charged Mallow with Failure to Appear for a court date for an original Theft charge.
She was taken to Central Booking for her initial appearance with the District Court Commissioner and was released on her personal recognizance.
