An Altamont Terrace family has requested Cumberland City officials to look into a blighted property adjacent to their home which appears to be at risk of collapse. Speaking during the regular meeting of the City Council, Carolyn Morris relayed her concerns about the property which is located at 104-106 Altamont Terrace, directly beside the Morris home.
