Eligible recipients of the Low Income Energy Assistance Program through West Virginia’s Department of Human Services will be automatically receiving a one-time supplemental payment. The payment will be sent directly to the primary heating provider on record, such as an electric or gas company. Depending on the amount of assistance previously provided, recipients will receive payments ranging from $25 to $53 dollars.
