West Virginia’s State Treasurer Larry Pack says almost 15,000 students will receive full funding for the Hope Scholarship for the 2025-26 academic year.  The scholarship award amount varies each school year depending on the amount of state aid funding provided to county boards of education. The 2025 scholarship amount is $5,267 that varies with when applications are received. Starting next year, the Hope Scholarship will be open to all school-age children.
