West Virginia Governor Jim Justice has made several announcements recently of new businesses coming to the Mountain State. Fidelis Energy bringing 800 jobs, the Quantum Pleasant Power Plant which is switching over a coal-fired plant to hydrogen and creating over 100 jobs and the new Treplar facility in Martinsburg that will create up to 600 new jobs.
