Special City Council Meeting Today

The Cumberland Mayor and City Council will meet in a special public session today at 5 pm for the purpose of executing a Confidentiality Agreement with CSX Transportation relative to the release of CSX confidential information pertaining to its railyard, the terms of which shall be subject to the review and approval of the City Solicitor.  The City has had litigation pending with CSX over access to the railyard for needed city sewer infrastructure updates.
