UPMC Frostburg Closed Due To Power Outage

The UPMC Outpatient Center at Frostburg Plaza is currently closed due to a power outage and phones are not operational. Patients seeking urgent care should go to the Cumberland location at 1050 W. Industrial Blvd. Lab services are available at 12500 Willowbrook Rd. on the first floor. Patients with impacted primary care appointments are being contacted with more information. An update will be shared when power and services are restored.
