Allegany County Animal Control Board Could See Significant Changes

With terms coming to an end next month, some significant changes could be coming to the Allegany County Animal Control Board. Terms of each current voting member will come to an end on June 30. Currently, there are only two voting members serving on the board along with two non-voting ex-officio members. At full strength the board has seven members. Allegany County Commissioner Mike McKay says he expects strong interest in those positions and the county will be thorough in conducting interviews prior to any decisions…
