A 22 year old Cumberland man is being held in lieu of $3500 bond after being arrested in connection with a domestic assault complaint. City police responded to 516 Maryland Avenue Saturday and a female victim alleged that Charles Ace Casey has punched her in the back of the head during an argument. When officers found a lump on the head, Casey was arrested and charged with 2nd degree assault.
