Delegate Leroy Myers tells WCBC News that the Evitts group planning on purchasing the Rocky Gap Lodge and Resort has major credibility issues at this point. The group abruptly announced plans for a scaled down version of a slots operation- including scrapping previously announced plans to build a 65 million dollar facility adjacent to the lodge. Myers says there is no guarantee that Evitts will even open a slots parlor of any size…
