With the holiday shopping season now underway in earnest, Cumberland’s Downtown Manager Ed Mullaney is urging area residents not to forget the importance of shopping local. This past Saturday was again deemed Small Business Saturday- designed to encourage shoppers to focus on some of the smaller, locally owned businesses.
