The Greater Cumberland Committee is continuing its efforts to push for a north-south interstate highway through Western Maryland. Executive director Brenda Smith says a meeting will be held in Harrisburg today (Wed) and progress is being made in Pennsylvania.
Route 219 funding is needed for the route between the Maryland line and Somerset.
