A truck struck a utlity line in the area of Liberty and Harrison Streets at approximately 12:40 Friday afternoon leading to some brief outages in the downtown area. As a result WCBC Radio was knocked off of the air for ten minutes. Emergency personnel responded to the scene of the accident, along with crews from Potomac Edison. No injuries reported as a result of the accident.
