12:20 PM UPDATE:
A traffic accident has now occurred near the disabled truck, blocking traffic. Cumberland Police are on the scene.
12:15 PM UPDATE
A pickup truck has become disabled on Baltimore Street near the Cumberland Times News, blocking traffic in one lane as you cross the railroad track toward the mall.
INITIAL REPORT:
Snowy weather is starting to take its toll, with mishaps reported in our area.
There is an accident on West Virginia Route 28 at Scenic Lane. A car reportedly hit a guard rail.
A fender bender has been reported on US 40 in the Narrows. Damage is minimal, but westbound traffic has been backed up.
