10:20 PM UPDATE:
Maryland 144 was reopened to traffic after a shutdown duration of about 30 minutes.
INITIAL REPORT:
Allegany County 911 is reporting a vehicle accident on Maryland Route 144 on Martin's Mountain west of Flintstone.
Maryland 144 is closed in that area due to the mishap and the emergency response.
