On Saturday, a Cumberland Police officer observed Lisa Flor Breiterman walking in the area of Baltimore Street and George Street. The officer was familiar with Breiterman and knew she had an active warrant for her arrest. The officer contacted Breiterman and placed her under arrest for the warrant, which was for Arson Threat. She was searched incident to arrest and two different kinds of pills were found on her person. In addition to the warrant, Breiterman was also charged with two counts of CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana and Removing a Prescription Label. Breiterman was taken before a District Court Commissioner for a bond hearing where she was held without bond. She was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center to await her next appearance in District Court.
