The City of Cumberland, Cumberland Downtown Development Commission, and Cumberland Economic Development Corporation have announced the Grand Reopening Celebration for the Baltimore St. Revitalization Project will be on Thursday, November 14th at 11am, followed by a weekend of celebratory activities throughout the downtown area.
