Nothing rings in Halloween better than a good ghost story- and locally there is a long history in the tri-state area of things that go bump in the night. The Bedford Tavern is one of the more notable local haunts in the region and has been featured on a number of national television programs in recent years for having a supernatural reputation. Owner Jeff Rinscheid said it began back in 2012 when he and two paranormal investigators put together a package of documented supernatural experiences featuring the tavern and sent them to television show producers.
