Berkeley Springs Instruments To Expand Operations In Allegany County

Berkeley Springs Instruments is planning to expand its Allegany County operation with a new location near Frostburg State University. Gene Silverman is the founder and president of BSI.  Founded in 2007 in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, before moving to Allegany County in 2012-   BSI is an operation that creates systems to test and monitor the structural integrity of pipelines and mechanical structures.     They can use the local pipes and other infrastructure to calibrate the red danger zones of their instrument’s readout displays.
